COUNTDOWN UNTIL THE NEXT MEETING:

Off Season Update - July Not much has been happening with the off season preparations, although we are about to get underway with the assembly of the new car. We had all the parts arrive, and this year we have replaced all the bits. This is great as we now have all the bits we need to compete at the level required. The chassis will be finished at the end of July and then we will set about putting this car together. Pleased to have two key partners back with Brad Mosen Motorsport for the season ahead. Citizen Watches have elected to return for their second year, and the team at Dickies return for their fifth year. I will have the main sponsor signed off by the end of next week. This year we have an Amercian company buiding a full replica model of next season car. Being the first ever NZ Midget available, this has put a bit of pressure on as they need to get underway in our off season to have the models ready when our season starts. They will be available on line, and we are working hard to have them here for sale in NZ. I will post a design as soon as we have it ready so you can get an idea as to what the new car should look like. It will be carbon fibre again so the main body colour is black. Good to hear the other night that the National Midget Car Series is good to go. There will be a number of events around the North Island which is great to get away and race at these other tracks. With the 12 shows at WS, the 8 rounds with the NMCS, two SNZ Championship events, we have a good season ahead. A number of people have asked if Brad will race in Australia again next season, we do have plans to return there, however this will be restricted to the Australian Title, and the three 50 lap events at the end of the season. We may get a couple under our belt before our season starts here, but in saying that, our prime commitment is to race here.
