COUNTDOWN UNTIL THE NEXT MEETING:

'Out with the Old' and 'In with the New'
Sues_Photos_008With the 2009 Aggressor/ Mopar heading to Sydney it has been good news to know that we have next year organised so soon after the end of the 09/10 season.
Phil Jerreries has bought the #13 Aggressor/Mopar and intends running it at Parramatta. He has raced there before, he has recently had a couple of years off and he wanted to go back with a car that could do the job for him. This car was sold with all the bits needed to race anywhere. So it leaves for Australia before the end of June.
2010/2011 is a season we are really looking forward to. The new car purchased for the next season will be jointly owned by Grant & Shirley Wilks along with Brett Morris of Seamount Enterprises.
(Loading Midget onto Pallet...#37 is Phils number so Brad put these on for him)

Brett was keen to be part of this team, in purchasing the new car that Brad wanted and to ensure that everything was brand new. Brett is a regular at Western Springs and recently has been a huge part of the Barry Butterworth Classic Event held at Waikaraka Park.
Brad is thrilled to have the support of the new owners of the new car.
Everything is well ahead of schedule, with the new gear due to arrive this month.
To date we have run the Aggressor Chassis here in NZ, and more recently the Spike in Australia. Brad has put a lot of thought into the type of car he wants to race next season, and we have ordered a 'King Chassis', which will be designed specifically for him.
We welcome a new crew member for the season ahead, Joey Farrow who was part of Tony Fabish's team was keen to stay involved with Speedway one way or another. It will be great to have another guy with petrol running through his veins around. I will keep the site up to date as the off season goes, and will put up the odd photo of the build.
